1. Scope, Principles, General Provisions:

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") define the conditions for the use of the website named www.worldwidesimcard.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), exclusively owned by World Wide SIM FZE (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").
Any individual or legal entity with full legal capacity, or any other organization visiting the Website, making a reservation for any service through the Website, subscribing to the Website's newsletter, participating in promotions organized by the Provider through social media, or ordering any product on the Website via email or phone, is considered a "User." Minors and incapacitated persons are not considered Users.
By using any service offered on the Website, subscribing to the newsletter, or participating in a promotion or contest organized by the Provider, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions implies the User's commitment to monitor any changes made to these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not accept these Terms and Conditions, they are not entitled to use the Website or the services offered therein. The owner and/or operator of the Website reserve the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions become effective on the date they are published on the Website. The operators of the Website may be referred to as "World Wide SIM" in both these Terms and Conditions and on the Website.
The User is obliged to provide accurate information. If World Wide SIM becomes aware that the data provided by the User contains inaccuracies, it reserves the right to partially or completely restrict the User's access to the service.

2. Basic Definitions:

Method of Product Delivery: Digital eSIM cards are sent via email to the email address provided by the buyer preferably within 12 hours after purchase.
Resale of eSIM cards: eSIM cards can only be resold by our contracted partners, with our permission. If you are interested in becoming a reseller, please contact us at international@worldwidesimcards.com.

Payment via Stripe system in our webshop:
After accepting the data privacy notice, click on the payment button. In this payment method, we redirect the buyer to the Stripe system, where they can use their bank card to settle the invoice. Accepted cards: Visa (including some Electron cards), EC/MC embossed cards, Apple Pay.
Right of Withdrawal from Product Purchase: There is no right of withdrawal for digital products (eSIM), as it is not possible to identify whether they have been used or not.

Customer Responsibility: If any limitations related to product problems or usage possibilities are stated on the website (www.worldwidesimcard.com), or on the product box or via email before purchase, the customer is responsible for any errors due to negligence or failure to review. Therefore, we do not exchange the product or refund its price. Example: In the case of "USA Preloaded eSIM Card," it is indicated on the packaging and website that the product can only be used in unlocked devices. The customer acknowledges this usage restriction at the time of ordering. Therefore, if the customer attempts to use the preloaded eSIM card in a non-unlocked device, we do not offer refund or exchange options and assume no responsibility.

3. Promotions:
World Wide SIM reserves the right to offer discounts on the original price of its services. These discount terms may be unilaterally changed.
Third Parties may also offer discounts on terms agreed separately (e.g., coupon campaigns), however, World Wide SIM cards assume no responsibility for the terms and data management of such partners.

4. Newsletter:
During the use of the Website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), the Provider offers the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter for continuous updates on services, opportunities, news, promotions, and innovations related to World Wide SIM.
Subscription to the Newsletter and provision of associated data is voluntary and free in all cases.
The Provider maintains a record of the data provided by the User. Data recorded in the registry can only be disclosed to third parties with the prior consent of the User concerned.
The User can unsubscribe from the Newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the Newsletter.

5. Social Media, Marketing:
The Website allows Users to connect their Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts. By doing so, Users become part of the World Wide SIM community on those external platforms.
By finalizing a reservation or participating in a service, the User consents to the use of their email address by the Provider for PR and marketing purposes, and for passing it on to third parties for marketing purposes, in compliance with data handling rules.

6. Liability:
Under no circumstances does World Wide SIM guarantee that the service (including the Website and all associated content, as well as personal consultations) will operate without interruption or error.
World Wide SIM assumes no responsibility or liability for:
Errors or deficiencies on the Website or when using the service
Any malfunction or interruption of the Website during use or service provision.
The availability of contents on the Website (e.g., appointments)
Complaints after the use of the service.

7. Error: If, due to any electronic or human error, an unrealistic price appears on the Website or on social media, World Wide SIM reserves the right to refuse service.
7/a: Unrealistic Price: If someone wishes to use the original service for less than 1/4 of its value. An exception is a one-time large-scale promotional discount, which the Provider is entitled to offer.


8. Applicable Law, Supervisory Authorities:
United Arab Emirates law applies to the legal relationship between the Provider and the User. In case of a legal dispute, depending on jurisdiction, the Provider stipulates the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over its registered office.
The User can address consumer complaints related to the service to the competent consumer protection authority, and complaints related to electronic advertisements can be addressed to the telecommunications authority.
